Rafael Olartecoechea is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Rafael spent 25 years in Biotech and Pharmaceuticals and Has Owned and Sold Various Health Supplement Companies. With a degree from NCSF his background in health and fitness mixed in with biotechnology gives him a unique insight to wellness.
He specializes in cycling, TRX, corrective exercise, animal flow, kettlebell, and nutrition. Over the years, he has worked with reality stars and models to prepare them for photoshoots or competitions. He has also worked with Miss Universe contestants. Rafael is also a contributor for Hola Latino Magazine and I have written articles on health and exercise.
